Excellent vegetarian catering for our Venue Hire clients comes straight from Roots and Shoots’ own kitchen, with ingredients grown here in the gardens, while also providing hospitality and catering training for our students.
We offer a range of options to suit your event, from sandwich selections to hot plates to homemade cakes, as well as tea, coffee and other refreshments.
We create a seasonal menu built around fruit, vegetables and herbs from our gardens. Our menu is entirely vegetarian and vegan, in alignment with our sustainability ethos, and we cater to dietary requirements.
The Catering Team
The menu is built by our talented catering staff and students of many nationalities, and so we offer food from the Caribbean, Italy, Thailand, Mexico, Morocco, France, India, the Middle East and more.
We have a Five Star Hygiene Rating from Lambeth Environmental Health Organisation.
We throw away very little. Safe leftovers are offered to students, and waste from cooking is composted to grow next season’s produce.
